Detailed Description of Job Opening:
*Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Requisitions/ Emails / Voice Mails.
*To log all calls on the call logging system.
*Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve and hardware or software problems.
*Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
*Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
*To allocate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member.

Required Skills: Systems Engineer (Technical Service Desk)
*Resource should have excellent communication skills.
*Team Player, high in confidence.

Year of Experienced : 0 to 1 Yrs Freshers (2015 Batch) 

Educational Qualification:  B.Tech / BE / BA / BBA / B.Com / BCA / B.Sc. (IT)
